Refund Policy Shia Quran Online​

Shia Quran Online tells all parents and students that they can get their money back in full if they join our services, sign up for regular classes, and pay the required monthly fee. Still, they can’t start classes for any reason. But once class days and times are set and students start their online lessons, they won’t be able to get a refund for the current month, in whole or in part.

If you pay for more than one month at once and are unhappy with the service, you’ll get the rest of your money back, less a small fee for the refund.

Once you’ve started classes at Shia Quran Online and paid the fee, if we can’t give you classes right away, we’ll give you your money back after taking out the refund fee.

When you register your kids as a family, if some of them have finished the required course and want to stop taking classes, the paid fee will be transferred to the next month, or you can get a refund.

If you want to keep the classes for a month or more, you can only get your money back if the refund is more than the monthly fee.

There will be no holiday refund. Eid holidays are part of the monthly fee and cannot be refunded. Since our teachers can’t take any other time off except for Eid holidays, both Eid holidays are paid leaves.

When will I Get My Payment?

So, if you’ve found any of them, feel free to contact us to get your money back. By the end of the first week, your refund will be directly deposited into your bank account or debit card after we get your form. After that, we can give you your money back through any other means, depending on what you want. After that, we will write to you when we need more information about your refund.

Refunding Duration

After you leave Shia Quran Online, it takes more time for refunds to be processed for financial institutions to accept them and to be put on things like debit cards and bank accounts. Most institutions don’t process payments on holidays and weekends, which can delay when customers get their refunds. We do our best to get most refunds back to customers in less than 20 days.
